Three judge panel ruled Congressional map violates Section 2 of VRA and orders a new map to be drawn.

Supreme Court issued stay in a 5-4 ruling, which allowed the Congressional map to be in place for 2022 election.

Supreme Court heard oral arguments in the case.

The Supreme Court will issue a decision on the case. If maps are overturned the state will have to redraw.
